I'd love to say a huge thank you for the wonderful AIDA 2 course I completed.

I had been thinking about doing it for a long time, but I was often put off by the style of some instructors. Francesco is truly the right person in the right place. He never pushes for performance, leaves ego aside, and teaches with a gentle, sensitive approach, always attentive to how each student feels, both in and out of the water. His focus on calm, safety, and exploring yourself made me feel completely at ease. I enjoyed every moment of the course, and it went by far too quickly. Wish to spend few more days...

I had a fantastic experience taking the AIDA freediving course with Deep Instinct Freediving - with Francesco Corucci as instructor.

Freediving had been a dream of mine for many years, and the course was a great combination of theory, yoga/breathing exercises and depth diving.

What stood out most was Francesco’s calm and thoughtful approach. Freediving was never about pushing limits, but about staying relaxed, listening to your body and enjoying the experience. That made the whole course both safe and rewarding.

The dives took place in very comfortable and professional surroundings, both from the boat and from shore, and it was also great to dive together with some of the club’s regular members.

I’ve recently done the AIDA2 course with Francesco at Deep Instinct, and it was an amazing experience. He’s very knowledgeable and you can tell he has a ton of experience. He was very patient explaining everything and letting us take our time when diving.

Great experience with Francesco and the other instructors, highly recommend!! Contact and scheduling was absolutely no trouble, and the rental equipment was really good quality. Most importantly, I really liked their teaching style. The theory session in the beginning felt like an interesting conversation rather than a lecture. And the practice was done so relaxed, we didn't even notice that we were checking off the course requirements in breath hold or diving depth.
